Luke Zabinski

Luke Zabinski joined Cone Commercial Real Estate’s strong team of tenant representatives in the uncertain time of summer 2020. A native of Atlanta, Ga. Luke is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business School with a degree in Real Estate. In 2010 Luke began his commercial real estate career with Colliers International after interning with Cousins Properties. During his time at Colliers, Luke worked with the property management team managing and procuring over 2 million feet of retail space.

In 2011 Luke joined an automotive company to hone his sales skills. With a strong desire to learn a new trait, Luke quickly progressed from a sales role into a Finance Director for a high-end luxury group where he was responsible for the training and development of other finance managers. Under Luke’s Leadership he grew the dealerships lending platforms, protected company assets, protected customers with viable and attractive lending options for financing. The overall improvements generated and additional $1.7 million annually. After 10 years in the industry Luke is eager to learn the real estate business and apply his sales and relationship skills.

After learning the culture and firm ethos, he was confident he wanted to align himself with Cone Commercial. With Luke’s passion for real estate coupled with building long lasting relations his transition back into commercial real estate is a long-term goal he is eager to continue to build on with Cone Commercial Real Estate.

He currently resides in Brookhaven, GA with his wife, Allison, and two children, Charlie and Lillian.
