Asset Positioning

Cone Commercial Real Estate agents will analyze recent transactions within the submarket as well as determine replacement cost of the building(s).   We leverage comprehensive financial analysis, market knowledge, and investment expertise to determine both pricing and a viable marketing strategy.

Marketing implementation

Marketing efforts will be concentrated on a strategic set of users, tenants, and investors through mailings and calls in person and on the phone.  We will maximize the exposure of the property in every way.  Listings will be heavily marketed to the brokerage community through e-mail blasts, calls, and direct mailers.  The property will be posted on all of multiple listing services and featured on our website.

Negotiations/Document Review and Evaluation

All offers will be presented immediately alongside recommended responses.  Strategies will be discussed with any client in advance to maximize the net of sale.  We are happy to leverage our relationships with the legal community should and issues pertaining to contracts or closing arise.

Coordination of services

We assist in the coordination of escrow funds, closing attorney, inspections and environmental tests.  Cone Commercial Real Estate will aid the buyer in any fashion possible.  All deadlines are approached proactively to ensure that the sale closes seamlessly and on time.
