Connor Cohen

Connor began his real estate career with Cone Commercial Real Estate at the beginning of 2023. He specializes in Investment sales & leasing in office, industrial, and medical space. Prior to joining CCRE, he worked in door to door sales for a pest control company completing over 150 transactions. Connor also has experience in commercial roofing sales, completing over 40 transactions.  Since joining the industry, Connor has focused on building a strong foundation by cold calling and connecting with property owners, investors, and tenants to discover lucrative opportunities. Connor has been building relationship equity through his relentless effort to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.  He notes that “Providing value to my clients and helping them make informed decisions is my number one goal .” Connor is fluent in both English and Spanish which opens doors to a broader clientele base, bridging language gaps and ensuring smooth negotiations for Spanish- speaking investors, tenants, and sellers. 

He is an Atlanta native and graduated from Atlanta International School in 2018 and then Clemson University in 2022.  Connor enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, traveling, playing basketball & golf, and spending time outdoors.
