Cone Commercial has over 16 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. We have a private real estate group which has been involved in 1,500,000 square feet of investment acquisitions. We have strategies in place that have proven to withstand market cycles.  We are extremely disciplined on our investment approach when we purchase property and know when to exit.  Every property that we purchase, we focus on the exit strategy and the worst case scenario.

We typically buy value add property using low leverage, at a low basis, that is at or close to break even when you look at cashflow vs debt service and operating expenses.  We like challenging property that requires hard work and creativity to fix.

We remain on call at all times after a transaction is complete as your strategic advisor should any questions arise. We have not succeeded until our clients become more profitable through excellent real estate decisions.
