Cindy Coombs

Cindy Coombs joined Cone Commercial Real Estate in 2020 as Executive Vice President. She specializes in office agency leasing and select tenant representation. Ms. Coombs has been a commercial real estate professional for nearly 25 years, during which she has performed leasing, accounting, and management for office and retail properties. Given her diverse background in commercial real estate, she brings a unique perspective and in-depth understanding of the market to her clients.

Prior to joining CCRE, Ms. Coombs was a managing director at Newmark Knight Frank where she started the landlord agency division and oversaw leasing and marketing activities of multiple office assets with transaction volume totaling approximately $120 million.

Prior to joining NKF, Ms. Coombs was a director of leasing at Colonial Properties Trust where she leased such notable buildings as The Peachtree Building in Midtown and The Park at Windward Concourse in Alpharetta.

Previously, Ms. Coombs was a senior leasing associate at Carter where she was responsible for a portfolio of 1.4 million square feet, which included Satellite Place, 4501 North Point Parkway and Deerfield Corporate Centre.

Ms. Coombs has represented a full range of ownership, from in-house to third-party institutional owners, including Reforma, Mainstreet Capital Partners, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Allegiance Realty Corporation, DRA Advisors, St. Joe Commercial, BVT, Strategic Real Estate Advisors, TriStar, and The Sembler Company.             

Ms. Coombs graduated from Emory University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and psychology. She has also completed financial and market analysis for commercial investment real estate courses at CCIM Institute and is currently working towards her broker’s license.
