Profile
Genori is a graduate of Spelman College, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. A former Business Analyst for an Information Technology and Consulting Company, Genori has an affinity for learning. Her love for knowledge has afforded her the opportunity to spread her wings across departments, acquiring new skills while developing hidden gifts and talents.
Genori had a unique start in pursuing a career in real estate. She has worn many hats and is accustomed to doing so as this gives her the ability to adapt to any climate and still manage daily responsibilities with ease. Following graduation, Genori began working in the financial industry as a Service Specialist, which quickly led to a promotion within the Mortgage Department. The right arm of the Operations Manager, she assisted with loan processing, documentation preparation, and correspondence with customers, creditors and other parties involved in each transaction. With the encouragement of her Manager, Genori then went on to obtain her Real Estate license. Her career took a bit of a detour after resigning from the bank to serve as a Business Analyst for an IT and Consulting Company. There she also took on the role of PMO Analyst, implementing Oracle Financials software into clients’ business infrastructure while acquiring valuable Project Management skills.
Performing in positions that require clear communication and problem solving, Genori has learned so much about people, and ultimately, about herself. Recently transitioning from her role as Office Manager to the Project Manager for Cone Commercial Real Estate, she looks forward to further developing her knowledge of the real estate world.
