Thomas LeHolm

Thomas is a seasoned construction leader with over 25 years of experience successfully delivering complex commercial and residential projects on time and within budget. As Director of Construction, he brings a deep expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership, coupled with a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. 

Known for his results-driven approach, Thomas excels at building strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration from project inception through completion. He fosters a culture of accountability and excellence, mentoring high-performing teams and turning challenges into opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. 

Thomas is an Atlanta native and is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management at Columbia Southern University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, playing softball, and enjoying the outdoors. 

Before his time at CCRE, Thomas served as a Deputy Sheriff Sergeant, earning several commendations including the Meritorious Service Award, Medal of Merit, and two Life Saving Awards – a testament to his dedication, integrity, and leadership under pressure.
