Scott Davenport

An Atlanta native, Scott graduated with a BA in economics from The University of Georgia. Scott has been an investor in commercial real estate while working in the music industry for Island Def Jam Records and Geffen Records.

Scott joined Cone Middour Partners aggressive team of tenet representatives in 2015. Scott believes that finding the right space for a company can mean the difference between success and failure. His approach challenges the status quo and focuses on the client rather than any single “transaction”. This enables clients to find space that fits their needs at the most aggressive terms possible and allows those companies to thrive. Since the establishment of Cone Commercial Real Estate, Scott’s responsibilities include procuring leasing opportunities and representing retail and office users in the Atlanta marketplace.  He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is a member the Greek Orthodox Cathedral where he serves on the Parish Council, teaches Sunday school and is also a member School Board at the Annunciation Day School.

Scott’s hobbies include cooking, live music and his three Great Danes.
